TRITONIA®
Tritonia is a tart and refreshing Gose (4.5%abv) with hints of coriander and sea salt. This variant of Tritonia will feature the addition of cucumber and lime. The tartness of the beer and addition of lime is perfectly balanced by the cool freshness of cucumber.
As part of the Athena series, my drawing of TRITONIA depicts a flooded downtown Athens battle between a tentacled kraken and a triton toting mermaid.
